This policy is intended to inform you about how our Company protects your personal data. We are committed to respecting your privacy and have created this policy in accordance with the law on the protection of personal data.
We only process your personal data in accordance with the provisions of applicable data protection law, which is in line with the Freedom of Information Act 2011. year CXII. Act and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Regulation (EC) No 95/46/EC.

  1. Who are we?

Díszker Kft. (hereinafter referred to as: Data Controller, Company – registered office: 2131 Göd, Pesti út 21.., company registration number: 13-09-107879, e-mail address: diszker@diszker.hu) acting as a data controller. Accordingly, Díszker Kft. (hereinafter: Data Controller, Company) decides how and for what purposes personal data is processed.

  1. Your personal data – what does it mean?

By personal data we mean any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person is one who can be directly or indirectly linked to a characteristic such as a name, an identification number, such as your name, telephone number, e-mail address, etc.

  1. What is the purpose of the processing?

We collect and use your personal information for the following purposes:

  • Website/webshop registration and login – use contact form;
  • Creating and fulfilling contracts;
  • General data processing related to online ordering;
  • Sending newsletters
  • Customer service and support – liaising with a sales representative,
  • Cookies;
  1. On what legal basis do we process your data?

It is a fundamental requirement of data protection that data processing may only take place if the Company has a legal basis for doing so (Article 6 of the Regulation). A suitable legal basis may be:

  • the data subject’s consent for one or more specified purposes, in particular:
    • needs analysis, product range optimisation, website development,
    • advertising of products,
    • improve service based on customer feedback
  • the legitimate interests of the Company as controller or other third parties, in particular:
    • addressing the user directly and customising messages, sending newsletters
    • measures to improve business policy, services and products
    • performance of the contract, delivery: if you purchase goods from the Company (at the time of contracting), you will be required to provide your personal data.
  • fulfil a legal obligation, in particular:
    • meeting accounting obligations,
    • fulfil administrative, official obligations,
    • responding to requests from public authorities.
  1. How long do we keep your personal data?

We will retain your personal data for as long as necessary or until the limitation period provided for by applicable law, in accordance with the legal bases set out in this Notice.
The Accounting Act 2000. Act C No 169. the retention period for accounting documents is eight years from the end of the financial year.
In the case of processing based on consent, personal data are processed until consent is withdrawn.

  1. Your rights in relation to data protection

Under data protection legislation, you have the right to,

  • to request access to your personal data,
  • request the correction of your personal data,
  • request the deletion of your personal data,
  • request the restriction of the processing of your personal data,
  • request data portability,
  • object to the processing of your personal data (including objecting to profiling; or

other rights related to automated decision-making),

  • withdraw its consent or lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
  1. How do we ensure the security of your data?

We will take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure or access, in particular where the processing involves the transmission of data over a network, and against all unlawful forms of processing.
Accordingly, the Data Controller applies, among other things, different levels of access rights to the data, which ensure that only persons with the appropriate rights have access to the data, who need to know the data in order to fulfil their obligations arising from or in connection with their work.

  1. Transfer of your personal data, data processor

The Company may use a data processor to provide services, such as ensuring the continuous and proper functioning of the Webshop, fulfilling orders and other activities closely related to the provision of Webshop services.
As a data controller, the Company is entitled and obliged to transfer to the competent authorities any personal data at its disposal and stored by it in accordance with the law, which it is obliged to transfer by law or by a final decision of a public authority. The Company cannot be held liable for such transfers and the consequences thereof. We will not transfer your personal data to third parties, except in the cases described above.

  1. Legal remedies

If you have any questions, requests or complaints about the processing of your data, please forward them to your commercial representative or to one of the contact details indicated in the first point. Our Company will investigate and respond to the claim as soon as possible after receipt, but within a maximum of 30 days, and will take the necessary steps as set out in the declaration, the Notice and the law.

If you disagree with the response or action taken by the Data Controller, you may lodge a complaint:
